There is no such cObject. The content elements of type "Filelinks" are
solved either with pure TS (in "content (default)") or through a call to
an external USER-function (in "css_styled_content"). Check out the
TypoScript Object Browser in the tt_content.uploads (which is what
renders such content elements) to see how it is done.
