[TYPO3] template-access for non-admins?

Hi Philipp. You can give non-admins access to changing constants by 
installing this extension:
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/constant_editor/0.1.3/

Then you can create constants for the things you want the non-admins to be 
able to change.
