[TYPO3] Use <b> or <strong> instead of <span> for bold in RTE

When I make some text bold in RTE, it wraps the text in a <span> tag 
with inline CSS instead of <b> or <strong> tags.
How can I make RTE to use proper tags instead of inline css?
