[TYPO3] How to add Captcha to every form?

Hello,

I'm running Typo 4.0 on a redhat 4.0AS server. I've noticed lately,
someone's been spamming my forms. So, I'd like to add captcha to every
mailform. How do I go about this? I've installed the captcha extension,
and read the manual: http://snipurl.com/qlge, but I'm very confused.

What do I need to do to add captcha support to each form?
