[TYPO3] Change Install tool passwrod

Hi rocky,

You can change this in typo3conf/localconf.php

Note that you have to insert the md5 value of your password. If you
try to login in the install tool with your new passord, you can see
the md5 value. After that you can copy/paste the correct value.
