[TYPO3] extension - static data too big

Hi list,

I'm trying to integrate in an extension an external database with huge 
static data.
The ext_tables_static+adt.sql file is about 62 MB, so when I try to 
install the extension I get something like this:

Error: Total size of uncompressed upload (64754678) exceeds 30 M

How can I change this limit?
