[TYPO3] html-tags in page-header

Hi,

I want html-tags in the page-header. (I know its not the best idea ... 
read: I am charged with ...)

Typo3 seems to escape the tags, transforming < -> &lt;

How can I
a) prevent that or
b) make a regexp afterwards to retransform from &lt; -> <

Any advise is very welcome or links to a specific tutorial.
