[TYPO3] Image right or below text depending on layout width?

Just I had a closer look at that topic and found that the compatibility
mode was already switched to 4.0 (switched back to 3.8 and to 4.0 again,
just to be shure). But when I remove the cron_cssstyledimgtext. ext,
I get a table based layout even in 4.0-mode.
