[TYPO3] how to import extensions in 4.0?

Hi, I had the same problem, and in my opinon one important step missed. 
This error comes, because the extension.bin and extension.xml is corrupted 
in the folder typo3conf. Therefore you have to delete it after you modify 
your php.ini.
