[TYPO3] how to import extensions in 4.0?

Hi!

In my case, the mirror selection got fubared in the upgrade from
3.8 to 4.0 - no mirror selected at all, not even "random". Look
in Menu -> Settings -> Mirror List.

Perhaps that's your problem?
