[TYPO3] Include of Typoscript

Hi,

I would like to know if the use of

<INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT: source="FILE: fileadmin/html/mainmenu_typoscript.txt">

is still possible in the setup of the template with the latest version 
of Typo3 (v4).

I didn't succeed in getting it work.

Any ideas?
