[TYPO3] t3RecordDocument creator

Has never ever anyone created t3RecordDocuments in XML outside of Typo3?

I mean, its the simplest... or at least first choice if you want to
import contents from external sources, right?

I can't believe that not a single one ever put some thought into this..
