[TYPO3] How to make a template in the static template .. ?

Hi,


I have moved version from typo3 4.0rc1 to testsite 3.8.1
I really like this one coz theres some examples.

The question is:

1. How to make a template in the static template like Template-Green, etc ?
2. I have downloaded extesion .t3d, what is .t3d, where i can put it this
one?


Maybe this question is very simple for who already knows, but for me
this is a new one,  before that i had read manual  and i got stuck:(
