[TYPO3] TYPO3 on Windows / IIS ?!?

Hi!

I wonder if there is anyone out there running a "real world" TYPO3 
(Version 4) Website on Windows 2003 Server / IIS 6?

Basic configuration including ImageMagick, GhostScript and AWStats are 
OK, but what about cronjobs (= "scheduled tasks" on Windows)?
I need at least one for the indexed_search/crawler but running the 
scripts via php command line seems to be tricky?!?
(Win 2003 Server, IIS6, mySQL 4.1, php 5.1)

Studying the newsgroups I often read "...[thisandthat] on Windows was 
not working properly, but then I switched to Unix/Linux and everything 
got fine...".
Sounds not too encouraging :-(

Any positive comments?
