[TYPO3] Overwriting BE Labels From XML locallangs

Hi,
I'm trying to overwrite locallang labels in a rtehtmlarea select box. 
The labels are stored in localconf/ext/rtehtmlarea/locallang.xml.  I 
know how to find/overwrite labels in the TCA using the Configuration 
tool, but since the TCA isn't involved, I'm having trouble locating the 
value to modify to overwrite these labels.

The labels I'm trying to change are "Heading 1", "Heading 2", 
"Preformatted", etc.
