[TYPO3] Image right or below text depending on layout width?

If you upgraded from 3.8, you must go to the Install-Tool and choose
that you want to use the "new features" (compatibility mode = 4.0), else
it will try to behave like 3.8 and you will get tables. Switching to
4.0-mode will include the integrated cron_cssstyledimgtext.
