[TYPO3] Extension Download

Hello

I just tried to download a extensions as .t3x-file form the repository but saw that the  direct download seems not  longer be supported.  But I required to directly download the extension  file  in case that our webserver is firewalled that it cannot  directly open connections to the internet.  Can somebody tell me  where  I can  directly download  extension files? I need the german  language pack and the awstats package for  Typo3 4.0.
