[TYPO3] Flexible content and RTE, no images

Hi,
 
I am using Flexible contents where I have 2 fields: RTE and IMAGE
When including such an element into a page, and filling RTE box and IMAGE field, all images, colors, and most formatting disappear when saving in the RTE box. The IMAGE field is still filled but does not show in browser.
 
Anybody knows about that?
