[TYPO3] typo3 4.0 install

Hi Thomas,

I have the same problem. I upgraded my old installation (3.8.0) to the
latest version 4.0, but since there is no folder /tslib/media, when I tried
to explore the symlink /media/uploads (where my templates are), I get the
following error:

Request denied.
Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have the necessary
permissions on the server to perform the requested operation
*************************

I have SSH access to my web server and see some lost symlinks:

drwxr-xrwx  13 fileadmin
lrwxrwxrwx   1 index.php -> typo3_src/index.php lrwxrwxrwx   1 media ->
tslib/media                  (*) lrwxrwxrwx   1 showpic.php ->
tslib/showpic.php            (*) lrwxrwxrwx   1 t3lib -> typo3_src/t3lib
lrwxrwxrwx   1 tslib -> typo3_src/tslib              (*) -rwxr-xrwx   1
tutorial_noticias.doc lrwxrwxrwx   1 typo3 -> typo3_src/typo3 lrwxrwxrwx   1
typo3_src -> ../typo3_src-4.0 drwxr-xrwx   3 typo3conf drwxr-xrwx   7
typo3temp drwxr-xrwx  15 uploads 

The folder typo3_src-4.0, which is the new source folder, doesn’t have the
folder tslib. I guess this is the problem, or?
 
Does somebody have any ideas how can I solve this?

Do I need to copy the folder tslib from the old source into the new one?

Hi, I try to start with typo3 4.0, I've downloaded the dummy-4.0.zip and put

all the files on my webserver.

When I open the website I get the following error:
Cannot find tslib/. Please set path by defining $configured_tslib_path in 
index.php.

When I look at the files I can't find any tslib/ ?? am I missing some things

in the zip file?

please help
