[TYPO3] AWStats Issues

I have just installed AWStats. When I am in the module and click " Update
now" it refreshes but does not show any stats. The message it shows after
"Last Update" is " No qualified records found in log (0 corrupted, 0
dropped)."

Any suggestions to correct this?

My typoscript is:

config.stat = 1
config.stat_apache = 1
config.stat_apache_logfile = pcpc.log

Second question: When editing the configuration of the log file and listing
the domains to track, is there a way to "wildcard" the entry it so that it
will catch all subdomains of a particular domain.

For instance, instead of

www.mydomain.com,mydomain.com,sub.mydomain.com

Could you do something like

*.mydomain.com

?
