[TYPO3] FE empty after moving Typo3 and update to typo3 4

Information: I just switched all debug informations on. This means: 
database errors, developper debug etc... There is NO debug output at 
all.. The FE is still white as an green t-shirt washed with Ariel..  ;)

Aeh, i'm deactivating all extensions now and see what happens..
