[TYPO3] DB Check and update

Hello,

i have made an upgrade of typo3 over the install tool..

I get this information now in the admin center:

Important notice!
- The Reference Index table is empty which is likely to be the case because 
you just upgraded your TYPO3 source. Please go to Tools>DB Check and update 
the reference index.

It is highly recommended that you change this immediately.

But i cant find it in the install tool.

7: Clean up database
