[TYPO3] Bug in Typo3 4.0 mailform - can anyone confirm?

Hello,

there seems to be a problem with the mailfrom.  I have two sites where a 
user of the website gets this ugly error after submitting a from:

Warning: gethostbyaddr(): Address is not a valid IPv4 or IPv6 address in 
/var/www/real/www.vivant.org/htdocs/site/typo3_src-4.0/t3lib/class.t3lib_htmlmail.php 
on line 274

Can anyone confirm this so I can add it to http://bugs.typo3.org?
