[TYPO3] FE empty after moving Typo3 and update to typo3 4

Well, i didn't test that with the current files. I have done it  more 
than ten times and it worked always.. This time i just downloaded 
everything and copyed the source package over it. Afterwards i uploaded 
everything.

Hm.. Is there maybe any little button that i forgot to hit?
