[TYPO3] Page-type: advanced--> how to restrict access to "alias" and "Show content from this page instead"

Hello!

As far as I can see, there are 2 fields which can not be restricted 
access to (page-type: advanced) by using the Acess-module for BE-users, 
that is, "alias" and  "Show content from this page instead"?

Am I right here or did I overlook something here? What is the reason for 
this?
