Basically, yes - but whether it is feasible depends on what an image you  
use. If you use Templavoila FCEs, then it is definitely possible - I have  
already implemented such in a simple way (right now improving it). If you  
use one of those standard content elements I'm sure it is also feasible  
and someone else can most probably help you.
