[TYPO3] Front End User Registation and customizing country list

Does your country have zone codes? Not all regions, provinces, or  
state are included for countries.

Zone code in the sense of the United States is our individual states.

For one client in Louisiana, their sr_static_info defaults to country  
= USA and zone = LA.
