[TYPO3] cannot check out manual for Indexed Search from CVS

When I try to checkout only this file I do this:

[franz at argent html]$ cvs -d
:ext:mysourceforgeuseraccount at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/typo3
checkout  -r TYPO3_4-0 TYPO3core/typo3/sysext/indexed_search/doc/manual.sxw
mysourceforgeuseraccount at cvs.sourceforge.net's password:
cvs checkout: warning:
TYPO3core/typo3/sysext/indexed_search/doc/manual.sxw is not (any longer)
pertinent


Where it works with other files:
