The extension "Front-end User List" (gsi_feuser_list) should do what you
want for the frontend-users. You can change the HTML template file to fit
your needs, e.g. different details in the list depending on logged in or
not.

I think, it is a good one, just the limitation of 10 users on any page is
bad.
