Permissions?
It looks like the new skin is not (correct/at all) loaded?

What I would do is:
Remove the source and download it again.

And watch carefully the install tool signalfunctions.

Check all the permissions and the symlinks as far as needed.
May be, the skin switcher of KB loaded?
