[TYPO3] ATagTitle output -> " instead of "

Hi,

the problem is, that ATagParams doesn't have any StdWrap properties. 
However, i need the if condition, since I want to add the ATagParams, if 
the site title has an certain value.
ATagTitle offers the usage of "if", however by using ATagTitle, I can't 
combine certain values by defining a COA object, because it interprets a 
" as &qout;.

It would be great, if you would have any ideas for an work arround.
