[TYPO3] typo3 benchmarking (terribly slow fast-cgi server)

hi there!


I hava an impression, that my new host (with php through fast-cgi) is  
sometimes extremely slow in backend, is there some clever way to benchmark  
typo3 page generation time (preferably in backend when dealing with  
configuration changes)? so I could know if it's problems with php  
efficiency on a server, or maybe just my connection with my hosting  
company.
