[TYPO3] Documentation, .pdf format, missing tutorials: where are they?

Hello all,

I don`t see the .pdf version of tutorials and documentation files any
more. Are they somewhere? 
I see the .sxw links at typo3.org, but they seems to be empty !!!, am i
wrong?

Also, it seems to me that some old tutorials are now missing (i do not
see Getting Started, english  version)

I understand you are updating typo3.org (nice!), but meanwhile it would
be useful to have a link to the old matrix of tutorials and core
documentations

Pls., let me know.
