[TYPO3] Add params to all links (is "additionalParams" what I need?)

Hi list,

I need to make som TS that adds an extra url parameter to all links that 
is rendered (i.e. "http://mysite.com/index.php?id=5" must become 
"http://mysite.com/index.php?id=5&myparam=myvalue").

I have read about "additionalParams" but I can´t figure out how to write 
my TS.

Is it possible with "additionalParams"?

BTW, I tried this - which dit not work... :o)
	"page.10.typolink.additionalParams = &myparam=myvalue"
