[TYPO3] TIMTAB manual or tutorial?

Hello,

I'm trying to find some sort of manual or tutorial on how to setup,
configure, and use the extension TIMTAB, and can't seem to find anything
anywhere. The only manuals I find are for the individual theme's for the
extension.

I tried this in google:
site:typo3.org inurl:pdf_manuals filetype:pdf timtab

Which only brings me to this:

Anyone know of anything out there for this extension?
