[TYPO3] Local_Lang utf-8 problem

Which charset did you setup for the BE? Which for the FE?
Ref to TSREF: plugin.tt_news._LOCAL_LANG.more ist not correct:
either:
plugin.tt_news._LOCAL_LANG.default.more
or even
plugin.tt_news._LOCAL_LANG.sr.more
would work even no sr-package for Serbian would exists.
