[TYPO3] Couldn't setup>Language in dummy-4.0

 Hi everybody, I just installed dummy-4.0 package and I've problems with
Setup>Language. I have installed Spanish language pack (csh_es) extension,
but when I try to select Spanish language in Setup>Language selector but it
tells my extension is not installed. I've developed other site with dummy
3.8.0 and the language option works fine with this extension. Can anybody
tells me something about?
