PBI is looking for a Website Project coordinator

Aim of post:
To manage the next stages in a process of establishing a new PBI wide
website based on a Content Management System (CMS) system.

Job description

1. Convene the website working group

2. To manage the development of a PBI website through the following phases:

2.1 Planning phase
Together with the website working group, and taking into account input
and feedback from PBI constituencies, produce a proposal for the
establishment of a PBI-wide website. This proposal should include 2- 3
different options for structure, design, basic content, and
recommendations for technology, hiring/contracting of staff, and plans
for the future development and maintenance of site including job
description, criteria and for recruitment of a website coordinator. The
proposal should include a budget.

2.2 Implementation (when approved)
Act as the PBI liaison and supervisor of any external contractor or
technical experts during the implementation. Coordinate the creation of
web-content together with PBI entities.

Criteria
Essential
Experience in project coordination
Sound communication skills
Knowledge of PBI structure and functioning
Experience of website development.
Self motivated
Fluent in English

Desirable
Experience of CMS
Fluency in Spanish

Available approximately 15-20 hours per week from as soon as possible

Stipend: $US2,000 for 3 months work starting as soon as possible.

Estimated time required: Approximate 15 – 20 hours per week
