[TYPO3] How do I disable the RTE for the HTML content type?

This is totally incorrect weird behavior.
The problem concerns also CType 'form'
which gets incorrectly RTE.
Some plugin - I newer figured which - presumably cause this problem.
Try to uninstall plugins.
