[TYPO3] TYPO3 Direct Mail Cron: Aborting, another process is already running!

Hi Klaus
I removed the lockfile. One step closer now. The memory limit of PHP
is bothering me now.
I looked in the docs for a notice about a lock but I didn't find any.
I had to go into the code to find to file you wrote about.
