[TYPO3] version 3.8.x packages

Hi,

I just needed the 3.8.1 packages because I am preparing a new server where I
will migrate to soon and found that the links have been already removed from
the typo3.org download page. I am not that confident in the newest version
that I always want to use them for a production system. And, sure enough, I
do not want to struggle through an site update when I just want to have a
new machine.
So, please put at least a hint where to find the old ones back on the site. 

I managed to find the files by fiddling with the filenames of the downloads.
