Using XCLASS for skins is problematic and it is better to avoid them.

Endeed good layout needs XCLASS for template.php, when it is possible
to crete for all tabs of Typo3's BE interface Windows XP -style
tabs, which are used in the pop-up-windows of tinyrte.
