[TYPO3] Why is tt news backend in German

Yay! Found it!!

It turned out to be something to do with the admin user already set up as
part of Alwin Viereck's great Typo3 WAMP 4.0 installer I used to start
building the Typo3 4.0 (Apache/PHP/ImageMagick/Typo3 v4 etc etc all neatly
packaged to set themselves up on my new PC). Even though the Default
Launguage for the admin account was showing as 'English' and most of the BE
was showing that way, tt-news wasn't for some reason.

Making a new admin level user and deleting the old one now shows all the
tt_news BE fields in English.

Great!

Probably because tt_news mainly developed by German developers. It is quite
often that people break rules (default=English) for convenience.

These are FE settings. Why do you expect them to work in BE? Btw, I tried
tt-Products some time ago (but did not like it and removed) and BE was in
English I think.

Dmitry.
