[TYPO3] Complete page tree browsing for BE users

Hi Claudio,

In case you haven't solved this question yet: this should be possible by 
fiddling with the access module.
One solution would be creating a user group that has the right to show pages on 
the entire page tree, but doesn't allow editing or creating new records.
Make the users you mention member of that group.
If you set the ownership of the pages of the subtrees to the right user and that 
group, then they should be able to see the whole tree and edit only their 
specific part.
