[TYPO3] Top frame presenct detection within iframe's content/subpage

Hello,

I wonder if there is a ready solution for my problem:
I'd like to detect if a page is loaded in an iframe or not, if not -  
redirect to the iframe-top-page and insert the subpage.
I have the concept: JS detection + RealURL postVars for the top frame, yet  
I wonder if I'm reainventing the wheel.
