[TYPO3] set htmlarea width in frontend - how?

Hello,

I need to set the width of the rtehtmlarea editor in the frontend. How 
do I achieve this? I am able to set it in the BE via UserTSConfig and 
these options

options.RTESmallWidth =
options.RTESmallHeight =
