[TYPO3] dr_wiki and templavoila

For those who are trying to work it out, there is nothing particularly
special to do ...

(Using Templavoila)

1. Install Dr Wiki
2. Map a "content element" for the wiki to your DS/TO
3. Select the correct DS/TO in your page properties
4. Add the element to the page in Page> pagename> by pressing the "+content"
button.

Do NOT:

1. Select the Dr Wiki plugin in the drop down menu in the page properties.
or 
2. "include static from" Dr Wiki In the TS Template if you aren't using the
standard Dr Wiki template file.
or
3. add Dr Wiki as a lib.myObject

Basically, there must be *no* other reference to the plugin, apart from the
content element.
