[TYPO3] page not found handling per domain

Hi,

Is there anyway i can assign a page from the tree to be displayed when 
a page cannot be found or a page that isn't located in the domain.

and is this possible to do per domainrecord.

i have tried urltool and 404 Error Page Handling extension requires 
.htacces and we are running on WIN
