[TYPO3] restore deleted pages

hi list,

i just really screwed up a typo3 site by recursively deleting all pages 
from and including the root page. i was smart enough to grant myself the 
rights for recursively deleting indefinitely through the user setup. i 
checked the database and the data is still there, but of course the 
backend only gives me the globe symbol in the pagetree and nothing else. 
is there a quick and easy way to restore. help is very much appreciated 
and urgently needed.
