[TYPO3] Direct Mail not sending mass email

Got it working - the problem was the path to php statet at the beginning 
of the dmailerd.phpcron script.

To find the right path to php to insert at the top of the script, 
execute this command on your webserver (*nix) "Which php" The 
permissions of the script should be set to 755.
